Current Edge Solutions Employees Graduate from Independent Electrical Contractors Apprentice Program

Current Edge Solutions has announced that two of its employees, Marlon Rodriguez and Cameron Talbot, have graduated from the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) Apprentice Program as Certified Electrical Journeymen.

Marlon Rodriguez, an Electrical Foreman at Current Edge Solutions, completed the Professional Electrician's Program. Cameron Talbot, who serves as a Warehouse and Safety Manager, finished the four-year IEC program on an accelerated timeline. Both graduates successfully completed significant classroom instruction and over 8,000 hours of on-the-job training.

Michael Joyner, President of Current Edge Solutions, expressed pride in their achievements, stating, “We are extremely proud of Marlon and Cameron’s commitment to continued education. This achievement is a further reiteration of our company’s dedication to providing opportunities for continued team growth and advancement.”

According to its website, the IEC aims to foster success in the electrical industry by connecting individuals and companies through education, best practice sharing, and the promotion of safe, professional work methods. The organization offers various resources for independent contractors, including training, worker recruitment, networking opportunities, lobbying, and safety updates.
